Please contact us if you are trying to book and the rooms have filled up. We can contact the hotel to extend the number of rooms in the block.
Check-In & Arrival:
Check-in begins at 3:00PM at the Courtyard by Marriott. You’re welcome to request an early check-in when booking, but please note that the hotel cannot guarantee early access to rooms. Because of this, we highly recommend traveling in on Thursday evening after work. This way, you’ll have time to get settled, relax, and get ready without rushing before the big night!
Guests will need to depart the hotel for Rosewood Farms by 3:30 PM on Friday, so arriving on Thursday helps ensure you’ll have a smooth and stress-free start to the celebration.

Please Note: Transportation to and from the wedding will only be provided from the Courtyard Marriott, where our hotel block is reserved. If you're not staying at the Courtyard Marriott, you're still welcome to drive or take a rideshare to the hotel and hop on the shuttle from there! You can also drive yourself as there is plenty of on-site parking at Rosewood Farms.

Wedding Day Transportation
We will be providing round-trip transportation from the Courtyard by Marriott to Rosewood Farms for guests who are either staying at the hotel or meeting there.
If you’d like to take the shuttle, please indicate this when you submit your online wedding RSVP.
Departure:
Delaware Express Shuttles will arrive at the Courtyard Marriott at 3:15 PM and will depart promptly at 3:30 PM for the venue.
Return Trips:
Delaware Express Shuttles will return from Rosewood Farms to the hotel at 9:15 PM, 10:15 PM, and 10:30 PM.
If you prefer to drive yourself, on-site parking is available at Rosewood Farms.
